1. Our Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products research-grade lyophilized peptides, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity and safety of our product supply chain. All products are stored and shipped under controlled conditions and are quality-verified before dispatch. We accept returns and issue refunds within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Return
A return may be accepted if: The product was damaged during shipping (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery) The wrong product was shipped (incorrect peptide, concentration, or quantity) The product arrived in a condition inconsistent with its COA or label (e.g., visible contamination or degradation) You notify us within 7 days of the delivery date
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund: Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any research application Products where temperature-sensitive handling cannot be confirmed after delivery Orders where the return request is made more than 7 days after delivery Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions Orders where a Research Use Only policy violation is suspected
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return: Contact us at Info@genxaminos.com within 7 days of delivery Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photographic evidence if applicable Our team will review your request within 2 business days If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of RMA issuance
5. Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days Refunds are issued to the original payment method We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or store credit in cases where the returned product cannot be fully verified.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged shipment), we will cover return shipping costs For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will issue a refund and you may place a new order for the correct item.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if: The cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours of placing the order The order has not yet been packed or dispatched To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Info@genxaminos.com or +1 305 564-0923 with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged: Photograph the damage immediately before opening the package Photograph the opened package contents Email photos and your order number to Info@genxaminos.com within 48 hours of delivery We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at our discretion
